Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Items

  Ensure the items are in their original packaging and include all hardware and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
